I was in a panic because I ordered signs from somewhere else and they shipped them to me wrong and I needed them the next day. Custom Sign & Graphics Haus was able to handle my order and get them to me the next day for less than the original company. I will be using them from now on. Update: Second time I've ordered from them and just as pleased as the first. They make the ordering process easy and always a quick turn around. Communication is wonderful too!!

I love the neon signs, as well the vinyl that they created and installed on my storefront for Murchison Spice Company on Main St. in Old Town Tomball. Super fast and very communicative. Our company was going back and forth on what to do for our trailer wrap and Jeremy was able to create different mock ups for us and was great about following up. He was super quick once we decided on the wrap and it looks amazing! Would definitely use this company again. It was also nice to be able to text him and he responded right away answering all our questions.

I have used Custom Sign Haus for a few jobs. They have been awesome to work with! Drawing mock-ups are always provided quickly! We have primarily ordered street signs that are always manufactured with quality and speed. Installation crew was diligent and careful. Will continue to use in the future!

My experience was very good. I worked primarily with Jeremy but the whole team seemed to have my best interest at heart, not just another customer. I had them put on a wrap on a 40ft bus and three decals. The project came out excellent. Nothing is cheep any more but I believe I got a fair price. I would definitely for any project you might have.

When I write a review, it is rare. I also rarely, write a review I do not believe in. I took time to read through the reviews here after my recent visit to use this business. My experience as a customer was different than what I read about from others. The experience was both frustrating, disappointing and a 80 percent swing and miss. But, I did not rush to leave a review... Why you might ask would I leave 5 stars for a frustrating experience? Well, to be honest, as I am looking back on my recent experience, I watched an owner, overcome a staffing shortage, material issues, and a pissed customer and showing out on the eve of one of my store openings. At any point he could have said screw it, HE DID NOT. It is rare today to see a owner push to maintain a customer relationship, put in the extra hours to get the job done, and still have the guts to ask for a five star review after a customer is unsatisfied. But this guy... He has something rare in 2024... INTESTINAL FORTITUDE and it shows. I cannot trash a man for one bad experience, even if it is mine. The work was quality given our unique circumstances.

So all in all Custom Sign did a swell job on my 2 custom back lit signs. I would have given 5 stars but they left the burrs from when they cut out the push through letters in the sign. They didn’t de-Burr it and I can see it although most people will never notice. So with that I give them 4-1/2 stars
